Who is Beyond Connection for?
Kids ages 5–8 who are nonverbal or late talkers, including autistic and other neurodivergent children, and the parents who support them.
Does it replace speech therapy?
No. It is a home companion created with guidance from a licensed speech-language pathologist and a speech therapist, but it does not replace speech therapy or professional advice.
How much does Premium cost?
$10.99/month with a 7-day free trial, or $99.99/year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Beyond Connection. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app, and tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen.
Who are Ollie and the friends?
Ollie the Otter is your child's friend in the app. Mia, Leo, Ava, Sam, and Rosa each show a different way to communicate.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
