Beyond Connection, from Next Level Labs LLC

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Next Level Labs LLC ("we", "us") about your use of the Beyond Connection app. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use the app

The app is meant to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian (18 or older). Children may use kid mode with a parent's permission and supervision. Grown-up areas and purchases are behind a parental gate.

2. Not medical advice

Beyond Connection is a practice and play companion for families. It is not medical advice and is not a diagnosis, assessment or treatment. It does not replace speech therapy or care from a qualified professional.

The setup questions only personalise suggestions. If you have concerns about your child's communication, hearing or development, please talk to your pediatrician or a licensed speech-language pathologist.

3. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your family's non-commercial use. You also have the rights in Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.

4. Subscriptions

Beyond Connection offers a free mode and an optional Premium subscription:

• Monthly: $10.99 USD per month, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Yearly: $99.99 USD per year.

Prices may vary by country and may change. The price is always shown before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple ID is charged the same price for the next period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• "Restore Purchases" in the app re-activates a subscription you already bought with the same Apple ID.

5. Your content

The information you enter, such as your child's name, answers and family names, stays on your device. You are responsible for it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the app kindly and as intended. Community features, where available, must not be used to share other people's private information or harmful content.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of significant changes. Progress is stored on the device. If you delete the app or change devices, progress may be lost unless a sync feature becomes available.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular result for any child.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Next Level Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and Next Level Labs LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
